Cisco给你发了证书（纸制的），但是由于种种原因你没有收到，那怎么办呢？

1，首先打开“Cisco Certification Tracking System Tool”的登陆页面如下图：

2,然后点击上面页面中的“Certifications Online Support”，出来下面的页面：

4，然后再点击上面页面中的“Create a Case”,出来界面：

最后点页面最下面的“NEXT”出来一个让你注册的页面，把带*号的都填一下，然后又会出来下面的页面：

再点上面页面中的“SUBMIT CASE”提交。又出来下面一个界面：

说明你已经提交成功了。

5，提交成功之后，系统会自动给你刚才提供的信箱地址发一封邮件，告诉你

Case正排队等待处理。邮件的大致内容如下：

“Thank you for contacting Cisco Systems Inc. Your initial question and our reply are listed below in the Discussion Thread section.

If this issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may reopen it within the next 5 days.

Please Click Here to update your case”

然后信的下面有你刚才写的Case的所有内容

你现在什么都不需要做，只需要等待Case被处理，等他给你发答复。48小时之内Case将被处理，也就是两天内。

6， 一般一天之后就可以收到他的答复，如下：

You will have the option of selecting an Electronic kit or Printed kit . Please make the appropriate selection when ordering.
Printed certification kits contain a congratulations letter, certificate and wallet card. The Electronic kit contains a soft copy of your certificate. Each kit costs $15.00 (US Dollars). You may purchase up to 2 kits per certification. Purchases can be made using your VISA, Mastercard or American Express only. Please be sure to print your purchase confirmation once the order has been made.

以前可能会给你重新发纸制证书，但是现在纸制的只能买，但是你可以得到一个free的电子证书，那也是一样的，虽然有些人会觉得不舒服。简历上不可能贴真实证书，有了电子的，你也可以用彩色打印机打印出来，其实是一样的。

接下来要做两件事情：

（1）       到http://www.Cisco.com/go/certifications/login登陆，查看个人信息里的你的e-mail地址，并确认这个地址能收到Cisco邮件。然后在“Test History”—“Certificate Status”里把证书的类型改成“Electronic Certificate”，然后点Update/Verify按钮。

（2）       Update your Case! 必须UPdate！不然你就连free的电子证书都收不到了。

方法：

现在Cisco已经给你发了两封邮件，在每一封内容中都有一个“Please Click Here to update your case”直接点击这个链接，打开以后，把你回复的内容填好，然后提交就可以了。一定别忘记提交。

回复内容例子：

Thank you for your reply .indeed
Now i would like an electronic copy, and i have confirmed my e-mail address in the Tracking System

……

7，然后等他给你回复，一般也是一天之后就可以收到回复了。

回复大致内容：

Dear X X，
Thank you for your quick response.

A request to send your electronic CCNA certificate has been forwarded to the fulfillment center for processing. Your certificate will be sent out during the next weekly fulfillment cycle.

Your electronic CCNA certificate will be sent by email to （你提供的地址）. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Best regards,

Cisco Certifications & Training Team

哈哈，5天之内就可以收到，够快哦！
